Are you needing a boost of joy?

Here are a few helpful tips:

  1. Include a time of Praise and Worship in your exercise

  2. Post five things you're thankful for on social media, your bathroom mirror, or refrigerator

  3. Share what you most appreciate from your day over dinner with someone you love

  4. Take a walk and enjoy the beauty of God's creation

  5. Thank the Lord for His provision in your life, (Food, clothes, shelter, etc.)

  6. Serve someone ~ Wash their car, watch their kids so they can have a date night, buy them a cup of coffee, send them a card....

  7. Read your favorite Bible verse, or find a new one!

  8. Turn up the Praise Music and sing like no one's around

When we stop looking at the hurdle in front of us and shift our focus to the blessings we do have, our entire mood will change.

Remember James 1:17 - Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow turning.
